      I never gave much thought about taking something natural for my heart. Then I read all this stuff about CoQ10 being an important supplement at the same time i was feeling tired and and weak. I changed my diet and started taking these CoQ10's and I felt more energy and strength than I did before. I take it twice a day, but my wife only takes it once a day. I like other things in Frequency Foods too, but I wanted to recommend this one to you.
