DO I TAKE THE ENZYMES COMPLETE OR THE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES?
ENZYMES COMPLETE are what we call our Therapeutic Enzymes.
If you have any health issues you need to address this is the product
we would recommend. Enzymes Complete are formulated to include Protease,
a primary enzyme that goes after unwanted protein in the blood that can
ultimately cause problems. One out of 100 people may be sensitive to
Protease and would do better with the Digestive Enzymes.
The Digestive Enzymes are formulated with less Protease. Having said
that, if you are in fairly good health, and need an effective digestive
enzyme that easily breaks down the food without stealing enzymes from
other parts of the body, Digestive Enzymes are your ticket. Both Enzyme
products are excellent.
OUR ENZYMES: SO, WHAT is the big deal
about enzymes? "Enzymes in
general deliver nutrients, carry away toxic wastes, digest food, purify the
blood, deliver hormones by feeding and fortifying the endocrine system, balance
cholesterol and triglyceride levels, feed the brain. All of these factors contribute to the strengthening of the immune
system. Enzymes also assist in weight loss as they digest fat. When added to your meal as a supplement they are able to break
down the food in the digestive tract. This takes stress off the gallbladder,
liver, and pancreas. When taken between meals, they can be of great support
systemically."
WEIGHT LOSS AND CLEAN-OUT PROGRAM
Most of us are either in need of losing weight or cleaning
out the pipes once in awhile. There are many suggestions of how to do this and
some are actually dangerous. Here is a safe and satisfying way of going about
it.
1. Enzymes Complete or our
Digestible Enzymes: take
4-7 with every meal and 4 in between
meals (at least once a day). Taking Enzymes with meals breaks down the food in
the stomach and in between meals goes after unwanted proteins. Enzymes do many
things including cleaning the blood, feeding the brain, lowering cholesterol,
and digesting fats.
2. Green Garden:
take 4-5 capsules with the Enzymes on same schedule as above. Green Garden
helps provide the nutrients you need found in fruits and veggies. Both help with digestion and

3. Quantum Cleanse:
take on an empty stomach once or twice a day. The Quantum Cleanse will clean out stored fecal matter from
the walls of the intestine as well as help to repair any damage that may be
there. You will notice your stomach becoming smaller in a short time. Start with 1/4 tsp. mixed in orange
juice or water or a combination of both.
Keep increasing the amount by 1/4 tsp. until your elimination is where you
want it. Do not panic if you push yourself to diarrhea. This is not a problem.
If this occurs, just pull back the amount you are taking until you have arrived
